Throughout her career, Constance has served as an internal consultant and strategic advisor, optimizing operations and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Her approach combines analytical precision with people-centered leadership, resulting in organizations that are not only high-performing but purpose-driven.

JOSHUA SENS is a strategist, architect, and storyteller working at the intersection of consciousness, technology, and human potential. With a degree in behavioral neuroscience from Yale University and an MBA in e-business and marketing from Case Western Reserve University, he spent two decades as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Guidehouse, helping organizations unlock transformation through data, design, and purpose. As a founding member of McKinsey Solutions, Sens helped pioneer scalable, analytics-driven delivery models that reshaped how consulting services create lasting impact. Over his career, he has led major transformation initiatives across healthcare, energy and sustainability, financial services, and government, integrating people, process, and technology to drive measurable results.

Today, as co-founder of Conscious Capital Foundation and CEO of SCIOUS, Sens is building an ecosystem that unites consciousness, capital, and storytelling to awaken purpose at scale. Blending behavioral science with systems thinking, Sens designs frameworks where technology amplifies consciousness and collaboration fuels transformation—moving humanity from awareness to action and from GDP to GDPurpose.
